Police have detained a 24-year-old man suspected of four robberies this week, including McDonald's, the Co-Operative and last night Juniper Stores, in Haydon Wick. He also mugged a woman in her 60s. Story here.

The Swindon Festival of Literature continues today with Frederic Gros at 12.30pm at the Arts Centre.
