 Police were called to an address in Deacon Street shortly after 4pm following reports of four men causing a disturbance in the street and banging on the door.
When the police arrived the men ran off and while they gave chase no-one was arrested, although two were detained for a short period as the circumstances were established.

Kevin Norris, also known as Keven Glendinning or Tev, has been found in London.

The Metropolitan Police found the 25-year-old, who disappeared on June 22, at 7.40pm last night.

He disappeared after behaving erratically and telling his relatives he planned to walk to Basildon.
