A man who is accused of rape and two counts of false imprisonment has been released on bail by a judge.
Tahir Mahmood, of Ermin Street, is said to have carried out the offences on two dates in July this year.
The 25-year-old is first accused of rape and false imprisonment of a 15-year-old girl on Tuesday July 3. He is then said to have falsely imprisoned another female a few weeks later on Saturday July 28.
No charges were put to him st the hearing at Swindon Crown Court. Judge Douglas Field adjourned the case to February 15 and released Mahmood on bail on condition he has no contact with witnesses, observes a curfew and surrenders his passport.
