SWINDON: A man accused of being in possession of false identity documents has been remanded in custody by a judge.
Amandeep Singh, who was arrested at Swindon register office, is said to have had the paperwork between October last year and August this year.
No charges were formally put to the 24-year-old, of Hayes, West London, and he did not enter a plea during a brief hearing at Swindon Crown Court on Monday.
Judge Douglas Field adjourned the case to Friday, November 14 and remanded Singh, who required a Punjabi interpreter, in custody until then.
