SOMETHING horrible happens in Iraq and then they pay someone a lot of money to investigate and then they trot out the same old phrases... no money no communications, nobody to blame.

This has happened so often that we don't have to have investigations any more. Just change the circumstances and read out the same old excuses.

And then there is the one about we've learned lessons from this'. Well, people are still dying in Iraq and nobody has learned any lessons from that. But we, the people, have learned that our lives have no value at all to this Government.
