TOP scorer Jamie White has signed a new contract which will see him stay at Salisbury City until the end of the 2014-2015 campaign.
The prolific marksman is the club’s leading scorer in Conference South, having netted 23 goals since he joined the Whites last summer from Winchester City.
“I’m delighted that I’ve signed a new deal,” said the 23-year-old. “I’m enjoying my football at Salisbury and everyone involved in the club has been great. What’s especially great is the team spirit we have.
“We’re focused on getting promoted this season and I know I can improve and hopefully help the team succeed by getting more goals.”
Boss Darrell Clarke added: “I’m delighted to hear that Jamie has agreed a new deal, he has been excellent this season. He scores goals, works hard for the team and has a quality that only a few players possess. He is the sort of player we want at this club which is constantly moving forward.”
