Best of luck to him, will need to lead by example though (i.e. no more petulance and silly bookings this time out). Far be it from me to criticise but would like to see a more disciplined town squad this time around.

I know Cooper said fines etc were dished out last year - but I really think they need to up that to the maximum allowed by the PFA early doors to ensure the back chat is cut out
.
A booking from a foul is "acceptable" - decent is not!
.
However - any real petty foul or revenge foul should be treated as decent and fined - maybe a little lower but still fined
.
Also extra training on top of money should be added to the fine - they should soon learn it will not be tolerated
.
With a smaller squad we can not affor dplayers missing through back chat!

Oh how this great club has fallen.average player surrounded by more average players; An owner who thinks he can charge 27 English pounds to watch the youth team is in for s shock when attendances fall to the 5000 mark! This in my opinion Is the weakest inexperienced squad of players for many years.

LR,

I'd be surprised if anyone was booked for being decent but disappointed if it was for dissent.

Sorry, knew what you meant but...

Dissent is a wasted booking, but sometimes understandable, look at as screaming at some of the appalling refs we had last season.

I'll go with that- let's see how many yellows and reds he accumulates this season.

Good choice in my opinion. I'm sure he will lead by example and be an excellent role model to his peers. Well done Nathan and best of luck to you this season. I for one am pleased to see you are still at STFC after all the hype during pre season.
