Swindon Supermarine suffered a damaging 3-1 defeat away to play-off rivals AFC Totton.

Supermarine got off to the worst possible start as Tony Lee tapped in from close range to put the home side ahead in the sixth minute.

However, Lee Spalding’s troops recovered well through Brad Hooper, who levelled proceedings two minutes later.

Totton were ahead yet again on the half hour mark as Curtis Young found the back of the net as Marine trailed 2-1 at the break.

With four minutes left, Totton doubled their advantage to put the game beyond Marine.

Elsewhere, Highworth Town booked their place in the Wiltshire Senior Cup final after securing a superb comeback win over Salisbury.

The game, which took place at Melksham Town’s Oakfields Stadium couldn’t have started better for Salisbury, as they took the lead in the opening minute against the Hellenic League Premier division side.

Despite the early set back, goals from Ash Edenborough and Connor Waldon ensured a 2-1 win, which set up a final with Chippenham Town.
