SWINDON Spitfires Under 10s will represent the south west in the National Futsal Finals after winning the South West Region Futsal Festival at Paignton on Saturday.
The girls, representing Wiltshire, finished top of the standings at the end of the day-long event in Devon, winning each of their four matches and failing to concede a single goal.
Devon’s representatives, Roseland’s AFC, were seen off with ease 5-0 before Gloucester City Tigers were beaten 2-0.
Spits then played both teams for a second time, with Roseland’s being dispatched 8-0 and Gloucester 1-0.
The squad will now fly the flag for the region at the national finals, to be held in Birmingham on Saturday, June 30.
The girls involved were Sian Barber, Connie Gale, Charlie Tinson, Georgia Brown, Lara Wilson, Lois Beer, Courtney Gleed and Ruby Gale.
Swindon Spitfires are currently looking to recruit managers and coaches for some of their junior teams for next season.
