BOWLS: Snell and Biggs reach national final
DAVE Snell (Wootton Bassett) and Mel Biggs (Westlecot) have reached the final of the (O55s) senior pairs at the national championships at Royal Leamington Spa.
In this morning’s semi-final lead Snell and skip Biggs beat Old Coulsdon pairing of Mike Dutton and Andrew Barclay 20-13 to book their place in the finale.
Snell and Biggs will face Berkshire duo Barry Williams and Tony Aubrey (Thatcham) later today as they seek to regain the senior pairs crown they won two years ago at Worthing.
