CIRENCESTER ABC’s Johnny McDonagh is the new 50-52kg Western Counties champion after beating the experienced Ryan Horn from Bodmin ABC.
The Cirencester youngster took a unanimous points decision to go through to the Southern Counties rounds, while teammate Jordan Wall claimed the 44-46kg title beating Emeralds Tynan Gleed on a unanimous points decision to also progress to the Southern Counties rounds.
Cirencester ABC will be holding their first home show on Friday at the Bingham Hall in the town. Pay on the door.
