NORTH BERKS LEAGUE: Faringdon into cup semis

FARINGDON Town stormed into the semi-finals of the North Berks Cup thanks to an emphatic 6-0 victory over fellow Division One side Benson AFC.
Derren Harrington hit a double and Robbie Harrington, Robert Owen, Chris Benson and Josh Forth were also on the scoresheet.
Lambourn Sports Reserves were unable to reach the last four of the Nairne Paul Cup as they were defeated 4-1 by Wantage Town A.
Gary Fisher grabbed Lambourn's consolation but efforts from Elliot Baldwin (2), Tom North and Jason McDowell won it for Wantage.
In league action, Coleshill United kept the pressure on the top two in Division Two with a 3-2 home win over Steventon.
Luke Regan, Jamie Hopgood and Mark Simpkins scored the Coleshill goals while Andy Cooper and Stuart Coppock replied for the away side.
In Division Four Coleshill United Reserves triumphed 2-1 at Steventon Reserves.
Luke Adams and Tristan Tomkins scored Coleshill's goals and Stuart Evans netted for Steventon.
Martin Key bagged four goals as Division Five leaders Faringdon Town A won 6-0 at home to Challow. Stuart Finnigan and Ryan Sharps completed the scoring.
