IT was unlucky 13 for Wootton Bassett as they were hammered by neighbours Chipppenham.

Bassett were beaten 13-0 by their local rivals as they were totally outclassed.

Cameron Morris and Luke Morris both grabbed four goals apiece as their side blitzed Bassett.

Mark Knight grabbed a brace with further contributions from Nigel Stonham, Alex Thomas and Colin Fisher ,who scored his first goal for the club this season, wrapping up the scoring.

  • CHIPPENHAM'S B team also won, beating Bath Buccs 4-1 to complete their ninth win in as many games.

Steve Kilvington scored the opening goal, which was cancelled out by half-time.

But Chippenham came out the stronger in the second half and took the points thanks to goals from Ben Copland, Dewi Evans and a second for Kilvington.

But it was a fantastic comeback that earned them a point, having trailed 3-0.

Goals from Neil Stewart, who grabbed a brace and an equalising rebound shot from Chris Barrow saved the day.

n Chippenham Ladies were humbled at Bristol University, going down 2-0.

Chippenham struggled to find any kind of form and they were punished by the Bristol forwards as they scored an early goal.

Following the half-time break, Chippenham continued to struggle and Bristol grew in confidence, adding another goal to clinch victory.
