DAVID Howell bounced back from a miserable five-over-par display with a fine performance on the final day at the Trophee Hassan II tournament in Morocco.
Having made the cut on Friday with two solid two-under-par rounds, the Swindon ace tumbled down the leader on Saturday with an error-strewn 18 holes that left him one-over for tournament going into today's play.
And the Broome Manor pro didn't wallow on the previous day's display to put together his best performance of the week to finish three-under overall.
However, it was not the best of starts at the Golf Du Palais Royal as the 39-year-old dropped a shot on the third to push him further back.
But from then on in, Howell shone to claim birdies on five and six followed by three more on the 14th, 16th and 17th holes for a four-under round.
