SWINDON Wildcats will host a weekend of events as they prepare to celebrate their 30th anniversary next month.
The events, which will take place over the weekend of December 9, will start with an evening with some Wildcats legends on Friday evening where fans can interview past and present players.
Day two of the weekend is a meet and greet with the legends after the Wildcats play Telford Tigers at the Link Centre, for which there will be no further cost for those attending the game.
The third and final instalment of the anniversary celebration will see the Swindon Wildcats face off against a team of Swindon Legends.
So far Ryan Aldridge, Daryl Lipsey, Bryan Larkin, Gary Dickie, Steve Moria, Wayne Fiddes, Euan Forsyth and Robin Davison have all agreed to return to the ice for the occasion with more to be announced. As well as the game on Sunday there will also be a chance for the fans to get their hands on a signed shirt as there will be an auction and raffles.
