WITH the Robins and Lakeside Hammers set for a quick reunion at the Arena Essex Raceway this evening, boss Alun Rossiter will be forced to shuffle the injury-hit Swindon pack once again.

The Blunsdon chief confirmed that Scott Nicholls will ride again for his team, with his Belle Vue Aces team-mates and three-time Australian U21 champion Max Fricke also guesting.

Another 19-year-old will wear Swindon red at Lakeside in the form of Wolverhampton Wolves’ Josh Bates whilst former Hammer Ben Morley rides against his former club.

After today’s clash, the Robins have a 12-day break until they welcome the King’s Lynn Stars to the Abbey.

Asked if he was happy with his line-up for the trip to Lakeside, Rossiter said: “I’ve got to be. I’m just glad we’ve got 12 days off.

“It’s going to be tough. They’ve got bike set-ups for track specialists but we’ll go down there and give them a run for their money, for sure.”
