LAWRENCE VIGOUROUX – 7

Hardly a save to make all afternoon until the dying stages but kept his concentration well to thwart Reeves as he darted in one-on-one.

BRADLEY BARRY – 5

Barely involved in the game until the latter stages when Town had flooded forward. Lost his man at the back post for a couple of Dons crosses too.

RAPHAEL BRANCO – 8

Read the game well and continued his strong recent form with some timely interceptions.

DION CONROY – 8

Not an easy task marking the burly Barnett but continues to develop in the role and one notable clearance bailed his team out.

FANKATY DABO – 6

Showed bundles of energy and got forward to join plenty of attacks. Balls into the box need work, though.

ROHAN INCE – 8

Head and shoulders above everyone else in the middle of the park. Stifled the Dons and won bags of possession for his side too.

CHARLIE COLKETT – 6

A few nice touches but his set-pieces were sloppy and did not really show his usual spark. Subbed.

CONOR THOMAS – 5

Ran himself into the ground as usual but did not really see much of the ball.

JOHN GODDARD – 7

Left bloodied after a boot to the head but battled on gamely and was the catalyst for several probing attacks, Unlucky to be subbed before the hour.

JONATHAN OBIKA – 7

Held up the ball well to bring his team-mates into attacks and had one decent effort on target. A physical presence up top.

NICKY AJOSE – 5

Hardly saw the ball in the first half and then went looking for it in the second, coming deeper down the field. Not a sniff of goal either.

Substitutes:

BEN GLADWIN – 5

(For Goddard, 58) Brought on to add impetus for Town but a heavy touch butchered one four-on-three attack.

LUKE NORRIS – 5

(For Colkett, 73) Intended to add extra firepower but looked rusty after a lack of minutes.

Subs not used: Will Henry, Brandon Ormonde-Ottewill, Anton Rodgers, James Brophy, Jesse Starkey.
