SOFI Zaaboub is expected to be out of action for less than a week after ending last night's FA Cup tie at Barnet in hospital.
The French winger was carried off, after a heavy tackle by Michael Leary, and was immediately taken for precautionary x-rays on his ankle.
Results showed there was no damage to the bone though and severe bruising is expected to heal in the next few days.
Zaaboub is set to miss Saturday's trip to Crewe but could come back into contention for the clash with Luton in midweek.
