TOWN boss Maurice Malpas will be without Jon-Paul McGovern for Tuesday's trip to Oldham, the midfielder ruled out of the clash with a groin injury.
McGovern, who was one of the few players to come out with any credit from Saturday's dismal 3-0 home defeat against Walsall, will be out for three or four days and now faces a fight to be fit for the weekend visit of Leeds United.
Also out of the Oldham clash is Barry Corr (shoulder) and Michael Pook (dead leg) while Malpas is expected to make several other unforced changes after Saturday's defeat.
Elsewhere, youngster Jake Hyde is set to join Blue Square Premier side Weymouth on loan until the end of the season.
