Oxford and Swindon-based construction company Beard is supporting Artweeks, Oxfordshire's Visual Arts Festival, which runs from this weekend until June 3.
The festival enables artists and crafts people to display work in their studios and homes.
There are more than 400 exhibitions taking place during the event and works on display include painting, photography, textiles, millinery, sculpture, ceramics, furniture, glass, mosaics and jewellery.
Beard will be erecting an exhibition stand in the Oxford Castle grounds. This will be open daily.
This year, the family members of two Beard employees are taking part in Artweeks.
Jayne Rossiter-Gill, the wife of Beard site manager, Stephen Gill, and Carole Parker, the mother of marketing manager, Sarah Parker, have joined forces and will be exhibiting millinery and jewellery in Eynsham.
Mark Beard, company MD recently commissioned Jayne Rossiter-Gill to design a fascinator - a feather hair decoration - for his wife.
Nicky Beard is delighted and said: "The process of commissioning something unique is exciting.
"Jayne really thought about how the shape and colour of the fascinator would compliment my outfit, the colours match beautifully."
Artweeks Chair, architect Alan Berman, first approached Beard for their support in 2005.
A keen potter and partner of Oxford architectural practice Berman Guedes Stretton, Alan has worked with Beard on many construction projects.
