Well I knew it had been lovely weather on Sunday as I walked my dogs round Coate Water.
Early Monday morning there was the proof; rubbish everywhere, yards from bins, dog poo bags just chucked on the ground and the good old rangers frantically trying to clean up before the public could see it at its worst. There are bins for dogs mess and rubbish so why be so arrogant?
The rangers work hard keeping it nice for us and this is what they get in return. They have more important jobs to do than clean up after people who are perfectly able to do this themselves.
So please take care when you go there. Enjoy yourself but have some self respect and dispose of your rubbish sensibly so we can all enjoy it and let the rangers do the jobs they are supposed to do, which is the mending and upkeep of our beautiful park.
