You pay your money, you take your chance. This is a saying that a lot of people know and use when deciding which product to buy and people think the more expensive and the bigger the company the better.
‘Rubbish’ is sometimes the word used after you have parted with your hard earned cash.
I have been buying Dyson cleaners for the past 15 years and the customer service today is worse than it ever was. You cannot register your guarantee online as it just sits there after you hit the submit button. Nothing! You pick up the phone: “sorry we are having too many calls due to a new computer system being installed.” You are then on hold for ages.
Dyson products are good; customer service is poor.
