Rubbish timing
A few months ago, the council changed the rules and told us to put our bins out in the morning before 9am instead of the night before to stop foxes treating our streets like a buffet.
What is the point if the binmen have already been by 7.30am and I have to bring my rubbish indoors again?
Is anyone else getting annoyed by this or is it just me?
