I AM writing to you letting you know how normal and trustworthy people are being treated in the real world.
I have been out of work since July 2013 and claiming jobseekers’ allowance. I have had not luck with a job yet but still look every day, like I should do.
If this isn’t enought to cope with, my dad was taken bad and has been bad for six months since August 2013. So I have been looking after him and helping my mum care for him. As they are both in their 70s, they need me to help.
Now I have found out that I am going to be getting my jobseekers’ allowance stopped because of a genuine mistake on my part.
It is going to be stopped for three months, so I’m not going to be getting any money to live on, which could see me being kicked out of my home and put on the streets.
I have applied for hardship but I have been told that there is a possible chance that I won’t get it.
People need to know that decent people are being treated badly. It’s a sad, evil world we live in.
