Disparity in benefits
I JUST read that an asylum seeker with children is able to claim up to £147.80 per week in support benefits. A friend of mine will shortly be receiving the state pension of £116, for which he has worked and paid taxes and NI contributions for over 44 years, as well as having served in the armed forces.
A wonderful country this, isn’t it?
