WE seem to have had a spate of mentally ill males attacking vulnerable members of the public.
One never reads of cases where big, perfectly fit young men are attacked by these people, which begs the question "are so-called mentally-ill males really mentally ill?" - or as I suspect with a fair few of them, pulling the wool over their medical practitioner's eyes, the law and Joe Public.
