It's all very exciting, this brave new world of wheelie bins, orange boxes and a green council.
The only bit of recycling advice I've missed is what I'm supposed to do with my old dustbin. Does it go in the clear plastic bag, the little box or the big bin?
And while I'm at it - canals. It would seem that we can afford a canal but not some light railway or a cute tram system. Very 21st Century.
