REGARDING the Great Western Hospital cleaning contract, last Monday, my wife broke her leg, she went up to the A&E, had her leg put in plaster and then came home after about five hours.

In the rush to get home she left her shoe under one of the chairs in A&E. On Wednesday, she had to go back to have the plaster re-done to confirm the break had been sorted correctly, so she thought she would go and see if she could find the lost shoe.

It was found under the same chair, where it had been left, so no cleaning had been done there in two days. So why worry about the contract? They are obviously getting money under false pretences anyway so a bit less will perhaps buck them up.
