WHAT do Spittleborough, Mannington, Mead Way, Junction 15 and Coate Water all have in common, apart from the fact they are all roundabouts?
All of them can have vehicles stationary on them at 3am waiting for traffic lights to change. Why in this eco friendly environment does Swindon council seem unable to put these lights on part time say from 7am to 7pm, and surely in this time of credit crunch, it may contribute to less increases in council taxes next year, well we can but hope.
