CAN the people,and there’s lots of them, tell me how they can talk on their hand held mobile phone and change gear, drive, Indicate and concentrate on the what’s happening on the road?
To stop people doing this I would like to see more police on the roads enforcing the law, as it seems people do what they like on the roads as they know there is only a very small chance of getting caught.
