I GET fed up with having to dodge cyclists riding on the pavement.
On my way to work, a woman was cycling on the pavement going the wrong way down a one way street.
I politely reminded her it was illegal to cycle on the pavement and that the offence carried an on the spot fine.
The woman got rather agitated and pointed to some red no entry signs in: “See those signs - they tell people it’s ok to cycle on the pavement”.
When I tried to be helpful and improve her lack of knowledge of traffic signs and the highway code, she got even more agitated and shouted at me.
I wonder what she would be like behind the wheel of a car?
