WE have now acted on feedback from Mr Horwat (SA, Oct 16) and others of our patients and simplified the self check-in system operating at Moredon Medical Centre.
People are now asked only to type in the day and month of their birth. We hope that this will help all of our patients to use the system, but for more complex issues or if the system confuses people are welcome to speak to receptionist. We also have a private room next to our reception if people wish to discuss matters with the receptionist in complete privacy.
