IN the General Election 2005 all major political parties promised to have a referendum on the new EU Treaty.
This treaty became the Lisbon Treaty, but the promise to hold a referendum was not kept.
A fraud has been committed against the voters, who believed a referendum was promised.
If the Lisbon Treaty was ratified through a fraud on the electorate, then surely it is not a legal treaty.
