FLASHING lights and new paving slabs. Wow! The shoppers will be flocking in...to Bath, Bristol, Reading etc. Do something useful with the taxpayers’ money, like demolish the old college eyesore for instance.
The council can only regurgitate old tired ideas. To be fit for purpose the re-opened tented market should be run as a permanent circus with the current council providing the slapstick as the clowns.
