MR MORGAN says I am being paranoid over my suggestion that needing a fingerprint scan etc at Commonweal School could be the thin end of the wedge, leading to all kinds of problems. All I am trying to warn people about is that by getting children used to having to prove their ID to get a meal we are also getting them used to the idea of ID cards, retina scans and many other things which will, in the not too distant future, be used to control our population in ways not yet imagined.
When your child is asked to produce a permit to travel in order to buy a bus ticket or ID in order to get sweets, don’t ask how did it happen. It happened because those who tried to warn you are regarded as paranoid by some.
Please don’t say “It can’t happen here”, it already is when you child tries to get a lunch.
