I WAS shocked at the scene in Canal Walk - all the lovely blocks/bricks are being removed and their incorporate designs and they are being replaced with dull grey slabs. It is, in my view, a crime akin to tearing up Roman mosaics and replacing them with concrete. I am disgusted.
