TODAY I received a phone call from an Asian lady telling me she was from 24Talk and that they would be taking over my telephone service from BT at the end of the month. Before we got into the conversation I said I did not want to change and asked who had authorised it. She inferred that it was on behalf of BT but I again said I didn’t want to change and surprise surprise the phone went dead. Please make your readers aware of what is clearly a scam.
