I AM a proud season ticket holder at Swindon Town and even though I am disappointed with the result at Wembley I appeal to all fans to look at the wider picture. We have come a long way in a short period of time.

The progress under Wilson and the board has been immense and one they should all feel proud of. Without doubt Swindon Town has been put back on the football map. We’ve gone from relegation to promotion candidates in 12 month - what an achievement.

For the 8,500 regulars the pilgrimage to the County Ground will continue come August. I appeal to some of the 30,000 who went to Wembley to come and join us on a regular basis and not just turn out for the big games. With increased attendances we can achieve our dream of Championship football sooner rather than later.

Finally to Danny and the board, thanks for a tremendous season. You’ve put PRIDE back into our club and we, the regular fans, really appreciate it.
