PERHAPS we should remind Ken Gibbs, that if it were not for the "ridiculous steam loco" at the lop of the logo, Swindon Town Football Club, and indeed Swindon itself would not exist in its present form today. Before the GWR, the postal address of Swindon was "Swindon, near Wootton Bassett".
