IN the early 70s I met a girl called Susan Bush who came from Swindon in the UK. We met in Cape Town, South Africa. I returned home to Melbourne, Australia.
Susan subsequently came to Australia for a holiday and we had a real adventure, two girls travelling across the rarely flooded desert from Melbourne to Darwin in an old car.
Later I received an invitation to Susan’s wedding in the UK, but could not attend. I would love to make contact with Susan again after all these years and share memories.
