KOZLOWSKA Anna Anna passed away peacefully at Great Western Hospital on May 3, 2012, aged 77 years. A dear mother to John, Hans and Marie and grandmother to Kayleigh and Emma. Funeral Thursday May 17, service at Holy Rood Church at 10.00am followed by interment at Whitworth Road Cemetery. Flowers may be sent to the Hillier Chapel of Rest or donations if preferred for NSPCC c/o Hillier Funeral Service, 170 Victoria Road, Swindon, SN1 3DF.
