CHAPMAN Philip Passed away at The Great Western Hospital on April 15, 2013. A loving husband to June. A sadly missed dad to Philippa and Beverley and a son-in-law to Big Colin and Little Colin. Grandad to Teresa, Phil, Richard and Matthew. Great grandad to Taylor, Jordel, Kai, Emily, Daniel, Lauren, Layla, Logan and Lucas. Grandad Chappers to Kieley and Bradley. Big Grandad to Olivia and Brooke. Also Louise, Fran and Sam. He will be missed by all that knew him. Funeral service will be on Thursday May 9, 2013, St Bartholomew's Church, Royal Wootton Bassett 11.30am followed by a committal at Kingsdown Crematorium, Swindon at 12.45pm. All flowers or donations welcome with cheques made payable to the 'Alzheimer's Society' c/o Johnson & Daltrey Independent Funeral Service, 112 High Street, Royal Wootton Bassett, Swindon, SN4 7AU.
