Musicians like to mash it up occasionally, mixing and matching musical styles with fellow artists.
Four such maestros from the worlds of classical, jazz, rock and acoustic have come together in Four Parts Guitar and will be performing at the Swindon Arts Centre next week.
Gordon Giltrap, best known as the troubadour singer/songwriter who flirted with the rock and pop world in the 1970s, has teamed up with classical guitarist Raymound Burley, jazz guitarist John Etheridge and Clive Carroll, an acoustic guitarist, who had a hit with Eliza’s Eyes in 2004.
The guitarists are here to perform on Tuesday, November 20, from 8pm and tickets are £15 from 01793 614837.
