WROUGHTON: Work that had been scheduled to begin on Moat Pond was recently delayed due to the adverse weather conditions.
But a new sculpture, fencing and seating area are now in place, along with mosaics created by pupils at the three schools in the village. When there is dry weather later on, tree planting will finish off the development work by the end of January.
