COUNTY: Dr Nick Marsden has joined Salisbury NHS Foundation Trust as chairman, replacing Luke March who completed his term of office at the end of 2013. Dr Marsden, who lives near Andover, was previously the vice-chairman of University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust.
