SWINDON: Lonely elderly residents are being urged to contact Age UK’s Call in Time team for a friendly chat this winter.
As part of the service, users will receive weekly phone calls from the charity’s trained volunteers for half an hour each time. The Call in Time service in Swindon is run in partnership with Age UK Wiltshire, Swindon Council and Zurich Community Trust.
