A SWINDON man has died after his car collided with two lorries on the A420 early this morning.
At around 3.50am a white Seat Leon, white articulated DAF lorry and a white articulated Volvo lorry were in collision.
The driver of the Seat, a man from Swindon in his thirties, was pronounced dead at the scene.
A woman passenger in the Seat has been taken to the John Radcliffe Hospital with serious injuries.
The driver of the Volvo lorry was taken to the John Radcliffe for treatment of minor injuries and has since been discharged.
Oxfordshire Fire and Rescue Service attended to cut two people free from vehicles.
The road was closed throughout much of Sunday to allow investigations to take place and recovery of the vehicles. It has since reopened.
