A WORKER from Wiltshire has been killed in an accident at a construction site in Maidenhead.
Early on Wednesday afternoon, emergency services were called to the site of a new hotel and office complex on West Street to reports of a man in a serious condition.
Early reports from the owners of the development have indicated that the death was the result of a catastrophic parts failure on a piling rig at the site.
