A man who is accused of repeatedly raping a woman over an 18-month period is to face trial by judge and jury.
Fathi Dridi, 31, pleaded not guilty to four counts of rape and one of sexual assault when he appeared at Swindon Crown Court.
Dridi is alleged to have committed the offences between the start of 2013 and June 20 this year.
Judge Peter Blair QC adjourned the case to Friday, February 20, and released Dridi, of Chicory Close, on conditional bail until then.
