A WOMAN who is accused of having tens of thousands of pounds of illicit cash and being involved in the supply of drugs is to face trial by judge and jury.
Helen Livingstone, 40, pleaded not guilty possessing cannabis with intent to supply, being concerned in its supply and possessing criminal property when she appeared at Swindon Crown Court.
Livingstone is said to have had some of the drugs as well as £39,800 in cash when she was arrested on November 29 last year.
Livingstone, of Priory Road, Park South, is also alleged to have been involved in the trade in cannabis in the 11 months leading up to her arrest.
Judge Peter Blair QC adjourned the case to Tuesday, November 10, and released the defendant on unconditional bail until then.
